Fixing Winter Hair with John Frieda

This freezing winter has been really harsh on my hair. I'm having serious dried frizzed hair problems as a result. The cold is just destroying the health of my poor hair. I do know part of these issues stem from refusing to rinse my hair in cool water. My soon to be old apartment is freezing right now and any chance I get to stare into space under those steaming hot jets I'm going to take it.

Just a heads up there is a reason you need to be rinsing the conditioner from your hair in cool water. The cooler temperature seals the shaft of the hair so it's shinier with less frizz. Rinsing in warm (hot) water does the complete opposite. Your hair is stripped of vital oils giving you fork in the socket hair.
Thanks to April, who sent over John Frieda's Frizz-Ease Créme Serum Overnight Repair Formula. Giselle Bundchen swears by this créme, and frankly she has gorgeous hair so I was definitely snatching this product from April. The serum boasts the ability to visibly repair breakage and split ends overnight while replenishing the essential oils we are constantly sending down the drain. Ingredients include chamomile extract that wraps each hair strand to stimulate deep overnight healing. The formula is absorbed almost instantly. My hair is much softer in the morning and you definitely see a difference when I'm styling it. The follicle is smoother and straightens more easily and it takes much less time.  Definitely a great product for those of us struggling with sad winter hair.
