Review: Revlon Say Illuminate

Today I used Revlon's Illuminance All Over Palette in Passion Fusion. (I have a purple shirt on we must coordinate!) 

In the palette the colors are pretty bold and vibrant and you can use them anywhere, which makes the product cost effective. Applying the colors I had a bit of a hard time. I used my fingers as applicators, which generally I like better since blending is much easier with my hand anyway. 

These are cream based shadows so wait a few minutes for the first layer to dry before applying the next layer. They colors go on very sheer so you will be applying a few layers to get the desired effect.

This is a great palette to have in your collection. Just be prepared to send some time getting the color just right.
