I was recently asked the question "What makes me feel beautiful?". Being a wife and a mother I have my moments of feeling truly beautiful, whether I have a full face of makeup or not. A lot of that feeling comes from my family.
For instance during February of 2008, the day before Valentine's to be exact I came down with a horrible case of the flu. Major eye boogers, congestion, a cough that rattled the walls, it was really gross. I distinctly remember looking a lot like this:
My "boyfriend" thought otherwise. He spent the afternoon ring shopping with my daughter, and on the cold February night, drowsy on Tamiflu he proposed calling me the most beautiful woman he has ever known. AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW..Loves him.
My daughter, even though she won't admit it, calls me beautiful all the time. I've overheard her on several occasions. Whenever there is an event at school she usually stands off to the side with her friends. Every now and again I'll her one of her friends comment how pretty I am and how much we look alike she always answers back with yea I know she's really beautiful. I could cry every time I hear it, but I'm a cool mom and would never embarrass her like that. Then I'd end up being banished to the house.
Beauty is what you make of it, and any moment can be a beautiful feeling moment. You can feel glamorous with the smallest of compliments.
Well I'm feeling very giving SO if you leave a comment with what makes you feel beautiful you might just might score some sweet swag :) good luck everyone.

Valerie Carozza I feel beautiful when I'm laughing with my children. It helps to be having a good hair and makeup day too :)
Jasmin Moon Ortiz What makes me feel beautiful is when Im putting on my makeup and my daughter say Ewww Mommy thats nasty because even though she says its nasty..she wants me to do the makeup on her..so I guess she wants to look nasty like her mommy lol
I think beauty comes from within..who a person is...really truly is, can be seen by those who are willing to see!
