Amika Pulse Action

speaking of hair straighteners I just received a release stating Amika is releasing a brand new straightener. I'm taking this as a sign I should stick with my favorite.

isn't it gorgeous! definitely my idea of black beauty :) anyway and I will admit I have to try new things immediately and black beauty here is screaming come check me out. 

Pulse boasts a groundbreaking ability to pulse, so the vibrations penetrate the hair making it straight from tip to root. In one stroke it's said to get hair straighter and remember the less time heat is in direct contact with your hair the healthier your hair will be. Plus these are ceramics plates (delicate) but an added bonus none the less.

It's pricey at $155 but aren't all straighteners expensive. I'm really curious about this pulse technology too. Electric waves combined with  infrared heat technology sounds like it will cut styling time and leave my hair healthier looking.
