It's official my hair straightener has finally quit me. If ya'll remember I had a sick Amika straightener that turned the mop on my head into model quality hair. It was always straight shiny and luxurious. After a little more than a year together my poor Amika has given up on me. Unfortunately it was entirely my fault, I let my poor defenseless iron fall from a flight of concrete steps. Causing a serious break in the ceramic plates, I've been told I could send it back and get a new one but honestly I just don't have the energy to go through customer service and fight for a new one. After all I don't have the original box and honestly it's just easier for me to go out and pick up a new one.
So I'm sending a shout out to my chicas to see what's your favorite flat iron? Should I stick with my beloved Amika or align myself with a new brand?
